Hello! I’m Bailey, a 26-year-old Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach originally from Northeastern Pennsylvania, and my mission is to help people build stronger, healthier, and more confident lives—inside and outside the gym.
Before stepping fully into the fitness world, I spent five years working in healthcare, where I saw firsthand how much our daily habits, movement, and nutrition impact our long-term wellbeing. That experience inspired me to take a more proactive approach to health and led me to become an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist.
While I love strength training and helping clients feel powerful in their bodies, I’m especially passionate about the often abandoned nutritional side of life. I believe true transformation comes from understanding how to fuel your body—not restrict it. My goal is to simplify nutrition, remove the confusion, and help you build habits that feel natural, enjoyable, and sustainable.
